Photos from Standard Chartered Marathon 7:28 pm

Photos from Standard Chartered Marathon '08
Photos not according to time sequence. My first time supporting the marathon. I sat and walked around in the sun for hours at the padang with my first aider friends. Was there since 4.30am i think, cos i came with my dad. Then took a shuttle bus to east coast park to support the runners.

The proud Finishers of 42.125km Marathon!
My dad. =) Gideon Ren, Mark, Xue Li, and the guys you see below from Svc 2. And Keith and Jordan from Svc 1. And Joshua and Joel the brothers of Jordan.
Liang Zhi, Xaviar and Ceclia ran the half marathon. It was awesome, just watching these people run. At the end of the marathon, you just can't help but feel so proud of these people, even if you don't know them. Because they endured it all the way! It's no joke, running a full marathon. Most of them get leg cramps along the way but kept on running, or shuffling cos their legs became real stiff and painful. Alex completed the race! The 2nd person i saw at the finishing line.
Hanyang at the finishing line!
My dad at the Finishing Line. =) He was the first person that i know that i saw at the finishing mark. He's been running marathons since he was 33 years old. I'm proud of him.
Rong Yue, my classmate at 25km! I saw him not long after Mark. Jerome at the 25km mark! Hanyang was about 2 mins before him, didnt manage to snap a pic either.

Lester Cher at the 25km mark! Mark Lim came before him but i didnt manage to snap a pic.

17km mark, i saw Jordan and his brother Joel. Not sure if it's their 1st Marathon.
At this time, Gideon Ren was probably at the opposite side at the 25km mark already, so i missed him. Keith from Svc 1 ran too.

Then not far behind, Joshua showed up! =) His first marathon.
