poly mate: where am i? 11:35 pm

For privacy sake, i shall not name the person in here.
*takes a deep breath* WhooOOoosh!!!
I'm so glad i listened to the little voice inside my head that kept bugging me. It sounds just like my own thoughts. But then it keeps bugging me, and then i thought: "Surely this thought comes from God because i dont normally do this. And why am i so scared to do it?"
So ok, i was nervous.
Cos i felt the urge to tell my poly friend that God says "Where are you? I am here".
But ya know, i get the feeling of fear. Fear that it is not God. Fear of how she would react and whether it's just me and stuff. ya.ya.
So ok i decided not to delay anymore and just tell her.She was appearing offline, i did not know. I decided to message her online anyway. I was surprised when she replied:

"hey.. wow. that was.. wow. really. well the truth is i havent been going church for a long time now already, i kept giving myself excuses that im busy and stuff but the truth was more that i dont have the courage to go back after being away for so long.. but thank you. really. this means something to me. (:"

And boy, was i glad i told! Weehee! Praise God. :)

ALL GOD'S PROMISES WON'T LET GO OF ME 11:43 pm

I sing, ALL GOD'S PROMISES WON'T LET GO OF ME!!! :):):)

"Praise be to the LORD,
for he has heard my cry for mercy.
The LORD is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and I am helped.
My heart leaps for joy
and I will give thanks to him in song."
-Psalm 28:6-7

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you and watch over you.
Do not be like the horse or the mule,
which have no understanding
but must be controlled by bit and bridle
or they will not come to you.
Many are the woes of the wicked,
but the LORD's unfailing love
surrounds the man who trusts in him."
-Psalm 32:8-10

ANT testimony 3:56 pm

Praise God! To Him be the glory!
I AM SO SO SO SO GLAD i trusted in the Lord and persevered in faith. I scored even better than my last term's exams! It is really a miracle. REALLY. Because i know i was not hardworking this term, in fact, i became quite lazy. I do regret that. It wasnt until 2 weeks before exam that i realized that i dont know SO MUCH. And i only started studying one week before exam. And it was really a struggle (refer to Feb 11 and 17 post).
It was really very different doing exams this time. Because i really did not worry about the paper after i did each one. It wasnt easy to restrain myself from even worrying. But somehow, the Holy Spirit helped me, and i just didnt think about them. I think it is when we think about the paper after we did each one, then we actually start to worry right?
I wasnt able to finish studying. But i tried not to worry. What God told me to do was:
Stop focusing on all the things you dont know, and just start studying as much as you can.
So i stopped worrying about what i dont know, and i gave my best in that week that i last minute hugged God's leg.(chinese idiom)
SO i survived the exam week without any emotional breakdown or panic attack.
I still think it's amazing, about how God turned my studies around.
He is ever so faithful and marvelous. Of course, i shouldnt take advantage of that. I musnt be lazy again.
Which reminds me of the verse God showed me when i was sec 4, after mid years. This verse woke me up from my sleep. I was doing very poorly in studies then. My mid-year results during sec 4 was L1R5= 41.
Proverbs 6:6-9.
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in
summer and gathers its food at harvest.
How long will you lie there, you sluggard?
When will you get up from your sleep?
Anyway, i was awoken by God after i read this verse, how i found the verse is another story to tell. And from then on my studies improved tremendously. God never stops being faithful. We are the ones who should continue to be faithful to Him. Because when we delight in Him, He will give us the desires of our hearts according to His will.

Wise knowledge 3:30 pm

Read the words of the wise in Proverbs.
I learnt some knowledge today in Proverbs 30:15-16
"The leech has two daughters.
'Give! Give!' they cry.
"There are three things that are never satisfied,
four that never say, 'Enough!': the grave,the barren womb,
land, which is never satisfied with water,
and fire, which never says, 'Enough!'

and also Proverbs 30:24-31

"Four things on earth are small,
yet they are extremely
wise:
Ants are creatures of little strength,
yet they store
up their food in the summer;
coneys are creatures of little power,
yet they make their home in the crags;
locusts have no king,
yet they advance together in ranks;
a lizard can be caught with the
hand,
yet it is found in kings' palaces.

"There are three
things that are stately in their stride,
four that move with stately bearing:
a lion, mighty among beasts,
who retreats before
nothing;
a strutting rooster, a he-goat,
and a king with his
army around him.

It was pretty interesting reading these if you ask me. I never came across them before. Or perhaps last time i was just in a hurry to read my bible.

Who's Jesus website 4:35 pm

This is an awesome website. My eyes are still puffy after crying. There are many stories of how God used people in different situations, and the encouraging stories about Christians who made an impact on their community and in the world. Go explore:

Game addiction 12:18 am

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE EVER HEARD.
And the comments that follows after the article is even more RIDICULOUS. What on earth is this world coming to?! Goodness gracious...

http://www.badcyclopedia.com/man-cuts-off-microwaves-his-own-hand-because-bible-says-and-if-your-right-hand-causes-you-to-sin-cut-it-off-and-throw-it-away/

I see lies, misunderstandings, the deceived, the demonized, people drawn and tricked into an imaginary world of games...DO YOU SEE WHY MAGICAL ILLUSIONARY GAMES IS SO BAD NOW? ...it's just a game. Yea yea yea right.
Each time i read cases of murders and abuse related to violent or magical games, it adds on to my resentment towards all those war, shootings, killings related games...I HATE THEM. yes i do. I HATE BLOODSHED. War games...playing with the imaginary enemies...there are more real enemies out there...there are more real wars going on in this world...why are we playing with them? Power...it's all about the feeling of power and being invincible isnt it. Sounds just like what the devil would want.
