Hebrews 6:19 12:40 am

[Now] we have this [hope] as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whoever steps out upon it--a hope] that reaches farther and enters into [the very certainty of the Presence] within the veil. -Hebrews 6:19 (Amplified Bible)

This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. -Hebrews 6:19 (New Living Translation)

Help me O Lord, to cling on to this hope that you've given me.
Be the anchor of my soul and give me a steadfast spirit.
For my security should not be found in men, but in You.
Make my soul listen to Your spirit, and my body a slave to my soul.
My value lies not in the words of men, but in the eyes of my Heavenly Father.

No one may understand me, no one may listen to me, no one may love me, no one may stand me.
But i take hope in knowing that You O Lord is forever faithful, and will never forsake me.
